It all depends on what you consider ‘chocolate’ — that source specifically said that the type of dark chocolate that we usually eat has no proven health benefits as yet. There may be some benefits from 100% cocoa or flavanoid pills, but I think it’s fair to say that isn’t what anyone is talking about when they say “chocolate is good for you”.

Basically, chocolate doesn’t become a “potentially healthy food”, unless you take out all the unhealthy bits that make it tasty. Which makes it not really chocolate any more.
